Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email princesswandsupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return instructions.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method.

If your wand arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo and we'll make it right.
